Notice of adoption of part of the above Local Plan relating to the land to the rear of 80-100 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, Ponteland, Newcastle upon Tyne

On 18 December 2003, Castle Morpeth Borough Council adopted the above part of the Local Plan for this area of the district. The above part of the adopted plan will form part of the development plan for the area of Castle Morpeth. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.

Copies of the above part of the adopted plan are available for inspection at the Council Offices, The Kylins, Loansdean, Morpeth on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 4.30pm and at libraries throughout the Borough during the libraries opening hours.

The above part of the plan came into operation on its adoption by the Council on 18 December 2003. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within six weeks from 19 February 2004, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
